BRIGHT-Way SAMPLE answer
Although I have
heard many lectures but there are few that have had a great impact in my life
one such speech was given to us by our principal of our school on the annual
function day. He gave this speech in our school auditorium. There were about
one thousand students, staff and parents attending the annual function day. The
title of the speech was “Power of Education” In this speech that he gave to us
he spoke about the importance of education and how education can change our
lives.
The speech lasted
for about 25 minutes and He got very emotional during the speech. There was a
pin-drop silence and nobody moved from their seats till the speech got over.
He gave an example
from his own life as how he struggle to get himself educated and he had to walk everyday for about 30
kilometers to reach his school and then he became the first person in the whole
district who was able to read and write. He told us how education can remove
ignorance from the society and give us knowledge about the whole world and its
through education that we can achieve our dreams.
I like this speech
very much because it was a very emotional and sincere speech given by our
principal. Earlier we didn’t have an idea that he had to struggle so much for
his studies. After the speech everybody stood up and clapped to honour the
principal and appreciate his speech.
That day on wards, I decided to be very serious in
my studies. I can say that this speech was the turning point of my life. Even
today I can feel my principal giving that speech on that annual function day. I
can never forget his words and I have shared this inspirational speech with
many of my close friends.

Bright-Way’s sample answer
Being
lazy, I would like to start taking part in outdoor activities for the
betterment of my health. I am inspired from one of my friend who is sports
person. For that I have selected swimming. In fact, swimming has numerous
health benefits and it also helps to keep the swimmers fit. This exercise helps
people to remain healthy and fit round the day. It also improves our muscle
strengths and raises the stamina level.
Swimming
is an exercise that is not suitable for all types of people. Only who has the
physical ability are able to swim. I will need the right place for swimming and
have planned to become the member of The Dunes Club here in Bathinda. I will
need to follow the swimming schedule and get some proper costumes for swimming.
Besides, I need to be careful while swimming as I am a fresher here.
I
would like to attend the classes in the evening or on the weekends. Actually,
this is not possible for me to attend the classes held in the early morning or
in the afternoon as I am taking IELTS classes at Bright-way Institute. I
can manage time only in the evening or on the weekends when I do not have any
tasks to do. The swimming classes are held for over one or two hours at a
stretch, and this is unmanageable for me to attend those classes.

Bright-Way’s sample answer
I think friendship is
extremely important. Friends are like our brothers and sisters and sometimes
more then that. My best friend is Rahul. We met in a boarding school in Shimla
when we were studying in 3rd class. So both of us studied in the
same school and in the same class. So I can say we have been best friends since
our childhood . At that time, we often used to go to school together and return
back home. We also used to go to a nearby forest every Saturday and Sunday. Presently, He is doing his M.B.A from U.K.
These days I stay in touch with him through emails and sometimes we even chat
and once in a while, he calls me when he gets time.
He is a very hard
working person, even now he is doing
a part time job in a bakery along with his studies; as a result, I
admire him very much. Since he is one year older to me he advises me about so
many things; for instance he is the one who told me to go for IELTS class at Bright-Way Institute and plan about studying in U.K.
I share everything with my best friend
and he also shares everything with me; like he is always the first one to wish
me on my birthday; also he was the first person I called up as soon as I got my
higher secondary result.. He helps me whenever I need him; for example’ when my
sister wanted to study in U.K he
arranged her prospectus and helped her with her accommodation. What I like the
most in my friend is that he is very simple and straight forward person and
always speaks the truth. He even criticizes me when I am not right; like, when
I argued with my teacher one day, he
straight away told me that I was wrong and I should feel sorry about it.
We both even have similar liking. Both of us like to
listen to old Hindi songs and also eat South Indian food. Our favorite is
Kishore kumar and we like to eat Dosa very much. Whenever he comes back during
his holidays we definitely visit a south Indian Restaurant in our hometown, what more, he is very good cook himself and
also plays very good guitar. I am longing to see him as soon as he returns
to India after completing his studies. He has promised me that he will get a
laptop for me when he returns.

my parents as I am still I am not earning. My father bought me this mobile
phone when my old mobile phone broke very badly. I use it for different
purpose. Firstly, I can save all my data on it. I can say it is like a mini
computer. It has my favorite 500 sound tracks which I can listen to any time I
want. Especially when I am traveling I can easily pass my time by listening to
my favorite numbers.

Then it has got a very powerful 16mega pixels camera
in it. I have clicked all
my photographs using this camera, for example during
our class farewell party;
I used my camera to click photos of all my friends,
teachers and classmates. This
phone is also very special because it’s the only
medium by which I can stay in touch
with my best friend Aziz who lives in
United kingdom so , I can talk to him anytime
I want to, not only that I can
also send him lots of pictures and receive messages
anytime. I always keep it
under my pillow even when I sleep and do not let other
people touch it without
my permission, because
I fear they may or may not know how to use it. I protect
it from the dust and have
bought a special cover to protect it from the sweat
and dust.
I also have internet connection in my mobile, so I
can browse internet and search
anything just by using my phone. Whenever I
don’t carry my cell phone with me,
I can’t concentrate on anything and my
entire day gets distracted. I know that
it’s not good for me but this phone has
a special place in my heart.
I am very happy with this product because it let me
do many task with in a click.

Hobbies play an important role in every person’s
life .Different people enjoy different kind of hobbies, some like watching
their favourite show on T.V. some have traditional hobbies like gardening,
collecting stamps.
Since my early childhood days I am very much
interested in collecting colorful erasers. I have a collection of over 300 erasers.
They are of different sizes and shapes. For instance I have erasers in the
shape of animals like tigers elephant, rabbit and then vegetables shaped
erasers like carrot, onion. Potatoes and even they smell like that.
Many people ask me about this rare collection, I
think I first started collecting perfumed erasers as a little boy/girl I just
liked keeping perfumed erasers in my pocket. But then, I thought of developing
it into a hobby. Now, whenever I go to any new place I always look for new
erasers. Sometimes some of my friends also gift me some new shaped erasers. For
instance one of my classmates who is now studying in Canada recently sent me a
parcel with a packet of erasers. In addition to this, I have also bought few
erasers online/ or through internet.
Although I’m grown up now. But my interest towards
this hobby has not grown less. In fact, I am very proud of this and it always
reminds me of my childhood days.

BRIGHT-WAY’S SAMPLE ANSWER
I
love teaching and imparting my knowledge with people .Here I going to talk
about a skill that I taught to a child that is cycling. First of all the child
is my maternal uncle’s daughter. Her name is Parneet kaur. On her 10th
Birthday I bought her a brand new bicycle.
On
that note my aunt requested me to teach her how to ride it and I decided to
teach her. I chose that time of evening when I return home from my work and she
also gets free from her school and homework. The bicycle was supported one so I
needed not to bother about the balance. First I taught her how to peddle and
after some days of practice I removed the supports from her bicycle to teach
her balancing. After some lessons she got the way to ride it that was within 10-12
days. She made it to perfection jus within 20 days
She
is very happy now and thankful to me for teaching this skill as she is able to
go to her tuition by her own which is just 10 min away from her house.
Whenever I visit her home and I see her riding the
bicycle I feel glad for teaching her a useful skill in her life.

BRIGHTWAY ‘S SAMPLE ANSWER
Let me share with you about the experience I
met when I bought a new laptop several months ago in a big shopping mall. It
was a quite expensive one that they were selling at little low price so I asked
the salesman whether it was a brand new one. She replied to me that it was
never be used before. So I took it home, but after trying for several times, I
found the it was not working as it claimed to be. The software I needed were
not installing and it was turning off automatically. It seemed to be something
wrong with the equipment.
Therefore, I telephoned the after-sales
department in that shop to tell them the faulty Laptop. They sent a technician
to my home to examine it. That man admitted that my Laptop was once sold to
others before, and returned afterwards, so I bought a broken one, and I felt I
was cheated and fooled by that salesman obviously. I was really angry with that
salesman, I thought I trusted her, but she didn’t tell me the truth. That
crafty saleswoman really made me sick. So I returned that laptop immediately
and made my mind that I would never buy anything from that shopping mall again.
Even asked the manager to take strict action
against that woman to make her realize her fault.

answer
In
my opinion at some stage of our life we all have to make some important
decisions and some take their own decisions while others receive some or other
advises from our friends, parents, teachers and elders. Similarly, I would like
to share with you an advice that I received from my grandmother, this advice
helped me to take an important decision in my life.
When
I was small, she once told me that every cloud has a silver- lining.
Although at that point of time I could not understand much as to what it meant
but, I understood it in class 7th when I read a poem with the same
title. Then, I understood the deeper meaning of this advice which means that no
matter how big the problems may be there is always some hope and a solution to
the problem. As you know we always face some or the other problem in our lives
for instance, when I finished my 10th class at first, I took up
non-medical stream in my plus one however I failed in one of my exams and I
didn’t know what to do, I was so scared of my parents getting angry and losing
one important year of my life. But then, I just thought of the advice that my
grandmother had given me and I was optimistic.
I put my past behind me and
took an important decision by taking admission in arts stream, slowly I
tried to make my parents understand about my decision, although at first they
were not very happy about it, but now I have finished my High school with first
class and my parents are very happy. I think my grandmother’s advice has been
very encouraging in every aspect of my life may it be studies, or choosing a
career or failing in day to day work.
I
always keep this very important advice in my mind wherever I go and whatever I
do. I also suggest my close friends to look at life in the positive way, we
should not feel that if something doesn’t go our way, it’s the end of the world
for us instead like my grandmother always says that every cloud has a silver
line. We should be positive and look for a better opportunity. I think I would
not have taken this important decision without my grandmother’s advice
