BRIGHT-Way SAMPLE answerAlthough I have heard many lectures but there are few that have had a
great impact in my life one such speech was given to us by our principal of our
school on the annual function day. He gave this speech in our school
auditorium. There were about one thousand students, staff and parents attending
the annual function day. The title of the speech was “Power of Education” In
this speech that he gave to us he spoke about the importance of education and
how education can change our lives. The
speech lasted for about 25 minutes and He got very emotional during the speech.
There was a pin-drop silence and nobody moved from their seats till the speech
got over.
He gave an example from his own life as how he struggle to get himself educated and he had to walk everyday for about 30 kilometers to reach his school and then he became the first person in the whole district who was able to read and write. He told us how education can remove ignorance from the society and give us knowledge about the whole world and its through education that we can achieve our dreams.I like this speech very much because it was a very emotional and sincere speech given by our principal. Earlier we didn’t have an idea that he had to struggle so much for his studies. After the speech everybody stood up and clapped to honour the principal and appreciate his speech. That day onwards, I decided to be very serious in my studies. I can say that this speech was the turning point of my life. Even today I can feel my principal giving that speech on that annual function day. I can never forget his words and I have shared this inspirational speech with many of my close friends.

Firstly I was afraid of picking it up because my parents taught me that we should never pick an unidentified object. After gathering some courage I picked it up and it suddenly started ringing which shocked me that it was about to fall from my hands. But I hold it fortunately and picked the call, it was Mr. Pawan talking on the other side. He told me that it was his mobile phone he lost somewhere his was very tensed about his cell phone. I broke his worry by making him know that his mobile phone is safe with me.I gave him the address of my tuition center and asked him to collect his lost property. After some time he reached to my tuition center to collect his mobile phone which was of 70,000 INR. I was shocked to know that. He thanked me for taking care and returning his cell phone safely. My teacher and all students appreciated me for this. Even he offered me tip for 500 Rupees put I denied. But he brought some eatables for every one of us that I heartily accepted. I was very happy seeing him cheering.

Although I have read several books but, here
I would like to talk about a very popular book entitled “The monk who sold his
Ferrari” by the famous writer Robin Sharma that I read recently. This book is
one of the best seller of all times. Robin Sharma is a motivational guru,
speaker and a mentor who is very popular all over the world. The story in this
book revolves around a character who is a rich and popular lawyer who is busy
in his life like any other person in today’s world, practicing law in United
States. Like any other individual, he is in a rat race for earning more and
more wealth without caring much for his own health. One day he suddenly has a
heart attack and he is about to die but life gives him another chance so, he
quits his job and moves to the East in search of peace and new life. And
further the book gives details as to how he meets some sage and learns about
ancient methods to keep himself mentally and physically fit, his life takes a
complete U turn. The life of this lawyer completely changes and he becomes
physically and mentally fit and healthy following some ancient eastern
practices.
I like this book because it gives us many suggestions as to how we can survive in a very fast paced moving world. For example one of the advice given in this book is that if we get up one hour early everyday in one year we can have 365 hours extra in our lives. Moreover, it talks about breathing exercises to live a stress free life and maintaining our relationship in office as well as at home. I would suggest that everybody should read this book and you would definitely enjoy reading this book.

Name, a friend of my elder sister, is both
beautiful and good looking whom I know for a long. Her full name is ……….and she
works in a multinational company as a senior executive. She is 5 feet 9, has a
slender body and a great complexion. On top of that, she has a great fashion
sense and her intelligence and amiable personality make her even more good
looking. As I heard from my sister, …….once won an award for the extraordinary
performance in a fashion design competition. In my opinion, she is a rare
combination of beauty, intelligence, fashion sense, sense of humor and
kindness.……… is my sister's school friend and I know
her from my early childhood. She often comes to our house and I have been to
her house on several occasions. She lives with her parents and three other
siblings. She is 26 and last year she finished her graduation. Now she is working full-time in a large company and planning to
establish a small coffee shop near her house. She has asked my sister to be her
business partner.…… is undoubtedly a beautiful person - both
in appearance and in thoughts. She has got the kind of look that can be
described as unique and elegant. I guess she could have easily become a
renowned model in our country. Her sense of fashion is quite fabulous and most
importantly, her higher IQ makes her stand out of the crowd. Furthermore, she
is kind and helpful and her amiable and affectionate behaviours make her even
more likeable. Her innocent look and the distinctive fashion sense are worth
noticing. For all these reasons, I like her very much and have picked her for
this cue card topic.

Ok, every now and then I have to go to a mechanic to repair some
electronic item. Here I'd like to talk about an Apple phone which was recently
broken accidentally. It is grey in colour, having 128 Gigabytes of storage
memory of model iPhone 7. I have been using this phone for 6 months until last
week it was in a mint condition. However, unfortunately, when I was taking bath, it fell down in a bath
tube as I had just talked to my friend a few minutes ago and kept it nearby
only. I tried to search out in bath tube, but it took me 2-3 minutes as water
was totally soapy. It was the icing on the cake when I picked it up, due to
smooth and wet palm it fell down on the edge of wall and door, which cause to
broke the display. Then I finished the bath and immediately made a beeline to
the Apple Store. I explain all that had happened with the phone to a technician, but when
he said about repair cost I felt like a highway robbery, you know, he asked for
10,000 INR to replace the new display. Because of expensive charges, I came out
from the Apple Store and looked for any local mechanic on the internet.
Finally, I found one and I headed toward his shop. He agreed to repair the
display by changing it but no warrant in almost half price. I also agreed
because I had no option for it. Overall, I felt worried initially when I went
to the Apple Store, but later on, I felt relaxed and peaceful when it
successfully repaired at a cheaper price and mobile was also looked as new phone.

A

explain why you think it is an important landmark/ building.Bright-Way’s sample answer
My home town Bathinda is a developing at a
great pace. In the last few years many new Building have come up in my city.
Every time I noticed these building. They seem to be more attractive than the
building that I have seen before. One such development that has caught my
attention is a newly build Mall in the heart of my city. This building has been
built few months ago. It is a four storey building.
You cannot miss it If you ever come to my home town Bathinda .The architect has designed it the beautifully. He has used a lot of glass in the building. There is an underground parking due to which we cannot see any vehicle standing in front of the building.
So it makes it look very spacious. Moreover there is a green cover all around the building which makes it environment friendly. Then, because of the use of glass natural light comes directly inside the building. So ever if we are in the ground floor it looks very airy and full of light. Inside the building the interior designer has done a great job. The building looks to be very modern. It has many shops in it, so one can easily buy all the things from nail cutter to refrigerator under single roof. It has been painted with light colors and has a central cooling system. Thus I can say this is one building which has all the modern facilities. I got a chance to go inside this hotel when one of my friends celebrated his birthday at this hotel. It is a 3 star hotel named comfort inn I was so impressed with the design of this building. I was also told that the building is earthquake resistant and has all safety measures.I am happy that such buildings are coming up in my hometown. I feel more of such planned building should replace the other unplanned building of my hometown.

A
time you gave money as a gift
·
Who
gave it to you?
·
When
did they give it to you?
·
Why
they give money?
·
and
explain how did you felt about it?
Bright-Way’s sample answer
Giving a gift on some occasions, such as
birthday, anniversary, wedding, is considered as one of the most important
traditions in my country. I have received special gifts many times, but here
I'd like to talk about a time when I was gifted in the form of money. It was my
grandpa who constantly used to give me money as a gift.I can vividly recall from my 6th birthday
until 15th birthday, my grandpa used to give me money. Even though his
intention of giving money was buying a gift as per my choice, I never spent it,
rather I saved it in order to buy something big for my grandpa. However, after
saving money for a few years, he passed away and whatever I had thought all my
plans ruined. If I can understand him, he used to give me
money as a gift because he could have thought that his chosen gift I will not
like. Perhaps, his intention was to allow me for buying what I love. Or maybe
he might have thought that I need money for personal experiences. However, it
wasn't the case, you know, all money that I saved I finally donated to welfare
charity.Overall, I can say that I will never forget
my grandpa's gift how valuable was it for me. I will always remember his
memories that he spent with me.
